The fabulous inn project is born by some passions of those people who made it.
First of all there is the passion for new challenges of Maurizio Marconcini, son of Mario, and his will to try himself in the new web world and web trade.
Then there is Caterina Comi's, his wife, passion for writing and for our cultural backgrounds and traditions.
They met Sandro Bellucci and its team's (Bellucci Design Graphic Agency) passion for the beauty, their looking for perfection and armony within the virtual world new rules.
Here is also the passion and high professional skills of Bruno Bruchi, our photographer who loves the analitical study of features, characters, and our Tuscan landscapes. He is the author of all the photographs we keep here, except for the old ones.
And also the curiosity to know more and more about Tuscany of Marilia Di Giovanni, who translated in english all the texts.
And of course this project is nurished by our love for Mario, for our parents and for this land which we have the priviledge to live in, truly fulfilled of nice and good things.

SERVICE

The fabulous inn offers handmade products and tipical foods of Siena and its surroundings. You can buy these products on -line or from our exhibition point in via San Sebastiano 7, Colle Val d'Elsa, Siena. The products can be packed and posted to differents addresses from the senders and can be sent in present's papers along with the cards.

OUR PRODUCTS

The prices' currency can be Lira - Euro- Usd - DM including Iva Tax. Import-Export taxes are eventually to be payed by the clients, but you will be informed before the product would be sent.

HOW TO PAY

Payments can be done in two ways:
1) by Credit Card (VISA and MASTERCARD) through trade transactions protected by SSL protocols. With the guarantee of Sella Bank the payments can be done after the products have been sent.
2) by credit transfer to c/c n° 16984 ABI 6160 CAB 61740 CRF in Poggibonsi registered by La Paniera s.r.l.: the product will be sent when the payment advice has arrived. The advice can be sent at the fax number 0577-999162

DELIVERY

Products are consigned home all over the world by T.N.T. Traco Express Agency, according to Import-Export laws ruling in each countries. Delivery times will vary according to the distance of the places.

The goods are packed according to the different nature of each product.
For all the eatable stuff there will be used packing procedures and materials which allow a good preservation during the transport.
For the fragile materials, the packing will be done according to well-known transport procedures.
Any eventual case on which a product will arrive in an incomplete condition, the replacement will be guaranteed. To receive it by express-carrier it is required to give directly to the operator an address to be called. The consignment usually is given after a telephone appointment is given to allow the operator to consign the products directly to the addressee. In the case on which it will be missed the direct meeting the stuff will be kept into the carrier deposit office until a safe contact with the addressee.

HOW TO CONFIRM THE COMMITMENT

When the payments are completed and the products have been sent, the client will receive the commitment confirm by an e.mail on which there will be the number of the consignment through which you can ask informations to the carrier.

If something get wrong, don't worry...
RECESS RIGHT

Within ten days from the consignment date, you can apply for the recess right for all the products bought by Internet. In this case you should send a written notice (by a recorded delivery)to: La Paniera Srl via San Sebastiano al numero 7 a Colle Val d'Elsa, 53034 Siena Italya, within ten days from the consignment day, on which it should be explicitly express the will to renounce to buy.
The client should pay for the returning of the product, which should happen within ten days from the recess apply. The product should come back in the same conditions or it should show clear manufacturing flaws. In this cases the repayment will be done in the faster way it is possible, through the client's preferred ways, including the replacement through equivalent stuff.

PRIVACY LAW

Law 675 31/12/96 established that personal datas which have been given to buy on the web, has to be kept private and used only for the declared aims. Client can ask to cancel his own data in each moment.
